Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Comp-Share LLC, which operates CTV Boss (“CTV Boss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of ctvboss.com, app.ctvboss.com, and our products and services (together, the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. What we provide

CTV Boss helps businesses create Connected TV and streaming advertisements and deliver them through our advertising partners, and offers an Partner (Operator) program for people who want to bring these services to businesses in their area. Features, plans, and pricing may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4. Fees, billing, and payments

Some Services require payment, including campaign purchases (airtime), optional subscriptions, and program fees. By providing a payment method you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, including recurring charges for any subscription until you cancel. Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are exclusive of taxes unless noted. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including amounts already spent on delivering advertising. You are responsible for any chargebacks or payment disputes you initiate without cause. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect a campaign already purchased.

5. Partner (Operator) program

If you participate in our Partner (Operator) program, additional program terms apply and are presented to you when you enroll. In general: you act as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of CTV Boss, and you have no authority to bind CTV Boss. We handle client billing and pay eligible compensation on the schedule described in the program (currently every two weeks). The Partner program has no setup fee. It is free for the first 30 days and then $47 per month for the program tools; we will tell you in advance of any change to that price. No territory, exclusivity or minimum-activity requirements apply. We do not promise or guarantee any particular income, earnings, or results. Any examples are illustrative only, and your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and other factors outside our control.

6. Advertising content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you submit for your ads and for any claims it makes. You represent that you have all rights needed to use that content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law. Your ads must comply with all applicable laws and with the policies of the platforms and networks that carry them (including streaming and social platforms). We and our advertising partners may review, reject, or remove any ad or content at our discretion, and placement on any particular network or inventory is not guaranteed. You may not use the Services to distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, to interfere with the Services, or to attempt unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, designs, text, and branding, are owned by CTV Boss and our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You keep ownership of the content you provide, and you grant us a license to host, reproduce, modify (for formatting and delivery), and distribute that content as needed to provide the Services and deliver your advertising.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties — including Madhive for ad delivery and measurement, Meta for advertising, and Stripe for payments. Your use of features involving these providers may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that advertising will produce any particular reach, impressions, leads, sales, or other results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTV Boss and Comp-Share LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTV Boss, Comp-Share LLC, and our personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. The courts located in Pennsylvania will have jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved informally, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the changes on this page. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
