Welcome to CTV BOSS ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ctvboss.com website and your participation in our Connected TV (CTV) advertising services. By ordering our services or using our website, you agree strictly to the terms outlined below.
1. Advertising Services
CTV BOSS provides placement of video commercials on premium Connected TV streaming platforms based on target zip codes and demographic data. While we strive to deliver the highest quality placements and estimated impressions, exact placement networks (e.g., Hulu, ESPN, Peacock) are subject to real-time inventory availability.
2. Billing and Payments
Our advertising services operate on a subscription basis:
- Base Rates & CPMs: Pricing for our "Local Saturation" tier is fixed at $499 per month for estimated 10,000 completed views. Our "Geo & Demo Precision" tier operates on a variable CPM rate (typically between $50 and $70 per 1,000 views).
- Fees: The "Local Saturation" tier includes a $139 Monthly Management Fee. All custom budget campaigns operate with a 15% Agency Fee applied on top of the allocated monthly ad spend. Additionally, all advertisers are granted access to detailed reporting on demand.
- Invoicing: Upon submitting your campaign order, you will receive an invoice via our approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Campaigns will only begin pacing after initial payment is received.
3. Cancellation Policy
We recommend a 3-month initial commitment to establish campaign momentum. After any initial agreement period, billing operates strictly on a month-to-month basis. Clients must provide a 30-day written notice prior to their next billing cycle to cancel recurring ad spends and avoid further charges.
4. Custom Creative and Intellectual Property
We offer a "Custom Ad Creation" service for a one-time fee of $495. When you purchase this add-on:
- CTV BOSS retains ownership of the raw project files.
- You are granted a license to use the final rendered commercial file for your own marketing purposes across any digital platform for the duration of your active subscription.
- You warrant that any logos, footage, or materials you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
5. Limitation of Liability
While CTV BOSS utilizes advanced targeting and premium inventory, advertising performance is subject to external market factors. We do not guarantee specific business metrics, sales, or foot traffic results. In no event shall CTV BOSS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our advertising services or platform.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CTV BOSS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the content of your advertisements or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
